Professional Packing Service in NYC

We offer an hourly rate for packing services which is $300/hour and includes 3 professional packers and all materials (boxes, tape, wrapping paper, bubble wrap, etc.)

• On average a normal studio apartment takes 2 to 3 hours to pack: $600 to $900.
• On average a normal 1 Bedroom takes 3 to 5 hours to pack: $900 to $1,500
• On average a normal 2 Bedroom takes 4 to 6 hours to pack: $1,200 to $1,800

Our full service packing includes all materials you’ll need including boxes, tape, wrapping paper, bubble wrap, etc. However we do not provide bins– but you can rent them from https://www.gorillabins.com.

Yes: For all moves (regardless of whether you opt for our premium packing service)– we’ll supply pro-grade moving blankets, tape, shrink wrap, basic tools for furniture disassembly/assembly, and furniture dollies free of charge.

Yes! We do offer disassembly and reassembly services of IKEA furniture. Basic items such as simple Bed Frames and couches are included at no additional charge. However, for more complex items, additional fees may apply depending on the time and tools required. Please note that particleboard furniture, like many IKEA pieces, is not designed to be disassembled and reassembled multiple times, as this can compromise its structural integrity. We encourage you to review our policies page for further details on handling these items during your move.

For moving, we can provide flat-rate quotes– however for the packing service we only charge by the hour, and the cost of materials is included in our hourly rate. We can give you an estimate of the hours needed if you fill out our quote form, which will allow you to create a list of your inventory as well.

Any items that you hire us to move are insured. Anything you move yourself we do not insure.
