The Vibe

Gravesend is a diverse, family-oriented Brooklyn neighborhood along the waterfront of Gravesend Bay. Though it is on the quieter side, there is lots to do in this area, and lots of room to breathe. Its proximity to Coney Island makes it a great destination for beach lovers.

The Setting

Gravesend is located in the southern part of Brooklyn. It is bound to the north by Avenue P. Ocean Parkway runs along the neighborhood’s eastern border. To the south, the neighborhood runs along Shore Parkway and the Gravesend Bay waterfront. To the northwest, the neighborhood is bound by Bay Parkway.

• Adventure’s Amusement Park – This mid-sized amusement park offers attractions, rides, shows, games, mini golf, and a petting farm with close proximity to the water.
