The Metropolis team did a fantastic job for my move from Manhattan to NJ. Everything was perfect from heads up emails the day before to let us know the plan, the calls from Steve and Jack to let us know when they would be arriving and to getting everything done in a timely manner and as we discussed. The pack was thorough, nothing was damaged and the packers were very careful with how certain delicate items were packed… Overall, definitely exceeded expectations and made for a stress free move. This was far and away the best aspect of my move from Brooklyn to New Jersey. Ricky, Jack, and John took great care with my possessions, especially a couple items with immense sentimental value. They had to move me out of a third floor and into a third floor, yet the move was expeditious and professional. These are fine young men with immense professionalism. Though I hope never to move again, if I had to, I would call Metropolis in a heartbeat and request Ricky, Jack, and John, for the job. Five stars are not enough to rate them accurately.
